Spent my evening tonight digging up my basement floor to get rid of pesky tree roots. Our home is 106 years old and such a beauty. However we have two amazing trees in the front of the house which, naturally, have roots. So it was time to fix the problem. A good home inspector will make buyers aware of potential root problems. Ours did but – we loved the home and decided eventually we would take care of the problem on our own.
The many joys of home ownership! But – I love it!
