Day of Caring

Our Howard Hanna West Suburban office participated in a ‘Day of Caring’ where we visited a group home run by ‘Girls Hope of Pittsburgh’. Our team of agents spent the day helping out in many ways including landscaping, cleaning and maintenance.   Girls Hope is a wonderful organization that is doing important work.  I was happy to be among the Howard Hanna folks who participated and I’m looking forward to our next one!

4x Champions!

Well…we did it one more time! Our Moon 14u team defeated Quaker Valley (again) 2-1 in 8 innings to win the OLSH Tournament tonight. This makes 4 Tournament Championships and 2 Second Place finishes out of 6 total tournaments played. Our summer record stands at 24-4. It’s been a pleasure and honor to manage these amazing kids! And it’s been truly unique and wonderful to have two of my childhood friends and Cornell school mates, Charles Blackstone and Jeff Karlik, as team base coaches this year. Managing Moon’s 14u Baseball Team

You are looking ‘Live’ at Walter Panek Field in Ambridge as Major, Steph and the 14u boys win Game 1 of the Ambridge Tournament 8-2 over Central Valley. Major and Steph pitched a great game! Game 2 shortly… Managing this great team of boys is beyond rewarding.

Enjoying a Full Life!

Whew! What a Day! Awesome training session this morning with the great Michael W. Cowden and the rowdy crew at Howard Hanna, followed by a very productive new client lunch, then off to a fun afternoon with my kids and later I helped my new clients submit an offer on their very first home! Blend in some additional Baseball with my son and our great Moon 14u team this week and… What a GREAT summer this is turning out to be! Whoa! Short Ceiling!

One of the greatest things about being a Realtor is that there is always a new experience…right around the corner!  This really great little house has some unique upper floor space which… as you can see… has one room with a rather short ceiling! I’m 6ft and.. well, the ceiling is just about 6ft!  Would make a great kids playroom! Maybe?
