Very proud of my son Major as he pitched for Moon Township tonight as they played Greentree. He pitched 4 innings giving up 0 runs. And most importantly – he was having fun!

Closing Time! My 2nd closing today was for my clients Jennifer & Bryan White. We successfully sold their beautiful 4 bedroom home on Lytton Rd in the Moon Township plan of Wyngate. The Whites are moving to sunny California and I’m really going to miss them. What a FUN couple and beautiful family! Jen & Bryan, it was an HONOR to be your Realtor!

Spending time with Major today as he helps me at our busy Open House at the magnificent home that is 1825 Franklin Run in Franklin Park. Blessed to have a kid who wants to learn and possesses such a wonderful, positive attitude. He’s a joy to be around. Amazing how much ahead the curve he is in his life life at the age of 15 than I ever was at that age. I’m excited to see him succeed in whatever he chooses to do with his life.
