Open House

Deep into another successful and busy Open House! This time at my listing at 3101 Kestner Ave in Brentwood. I’m here until 4pm so stop by and see this wonderful 3 bedroom home! And yes – there are some cookies left although we had this cool 4 year old little dude named Max come and visit with his parents and he put a dent in the pile. LOL!

Choose Wisely

Quick tips when meeting with a Realtor to list your home:

1. Don’t let a Realtor dictate anything to you. Your home – you’re the boss.
2. Selling your home fast can be great. Leaving 10-15% of your home’s value on the bargaining table is NOT great. A fast sale only benefits you if you receive market value for your home.
3. Ask every and all questions of your Realtor. Demand great service!

So, when I continually hear some of my current clients and potential clients lament about their past difficulties with Realtors, I’m left bewildered. Every time. How was your weekend, friends? What a weekend over here! 227 miles on the Jeep! 17 home viewings. Butler to Washington, Churchill – twice, and plenty of time in Moon Twp and then out to Beaver Falls and just about every other spot in Beaver County. Great times with existing clients, 2 new clients and 2 offers accepted! And I can’t wait to see this week brings. Giddyup!

Down Time

Yes, I DO have ‘down time’ and sometimes its spent with one of my past creations. Kinda like reacquainting with an old friend. 1 hour of playing guitar is calming, very enjoyable and triggers a much needed ‘reset’ for my mind. Music is such a gift. And to play music is the ultimate re-gift.  Cheers, my friends.
