Wonderful Day!

Such a Fun Day spent with my wonderful clients James & Heather Helsel! First, we successfully sold and closed on their current home and then this afternoon, we successfully closed on their beautiful new home! What a difference!

Another Great Open House!

Finishing up yet another well attended and successful Open House for my listing at 1074 Silver Lane in Robinson Township. Met some great folks who I enjoyed showing the property to – especially the grounds including the large, flat backyard.  I got to talk a bit of Real Estate as well as mix in some great Baseball discussion!  Also, while spending time with one of our visitors, I discovered that we actually may be distant cousins!  Quite a small world!  Overall a very productive and very fun afternoon!
