Closing Time! My 2nd closing today was for my clients Jennifer & Bryan White. We successfully sold their beautiful 4 bedroom home on Lytton Rd in the Moon Township plan of Wyngate. Spending time with Major today as he helps me at our busy Open House at the magnificent home that is 1825 Franklin Run in Franklin Park. Blessed to have a kid who wants to learn and possesses such a wonderful, positive attitude. He’s a joy to be around. Amazing how much ahead the curve he is in his life life at the age of 15 than I ever was at that age. I’m excited to see him succeed in whatever he chooses to do with his life.
