I was reminded this past week – THREE times – that there are some very poor performing mortgage reps out in the Western Pa marketplace. I’ve had clients who have been ‘duped’ into working with less than honorable mortgage reps and their company’s ‘special programs’ which have left my clients with wasted hours and no mortgage while their closing quickly approaches. Thankfully, there are many solid and reputable mortgage reps and companies. In fact, among them is Mikki Crown with Howard Hanna Mortgage who has always done exceptional work for my clients.
