Butler to Washington, Churchill – twice, and plenty of time in Moon Twp and then out to Beaver Falls and just about every other spot in Beaver County. Great times with existing clients, 2 new clients and 2 offers accepted! And I can’t wait to see this week brings. Giddyup!

Choosing a Realtor? Find a Full-time agent who LOVES what they do! Also, client testimonials mean – a lot! And they SAY a lot about the Realtor. With me, my client’s goals are the ONLY goals on the table. And I make sure my clients know this. From our fist meeting together all the way through their closing…and beyond!

For example, today I’m humbled once again as my client Guillaume Besson leaves me this review… “My wife and I, we met Eric kind of randomly while visiting our first ever house. He was the realtor for the seller. We didn’t like the house but we did like him! It immediately clicks between him and us and he offered to help us find a home. This was our first house so we had a lot of questions and, through the whole process he was there, diligent, kind and informative. He even “found” a guy to repair some electric fuses that the seller refused to correct for us. The Phone Call

Phone call I received this afternoon…

PAM: Eric, my husband and I should have chosen you.
ME: Oh, that’s OK! I’m sure you are in good hands!
PAM: No. No we are not. We tried to save .5%. A mistake.
ME: Well, I’m sure it’s going to work out, Pam.
PAM: Our agent does NOTHING. We got what we paid for, I guess.
ME:  Honestly, I believe you should get MORE than you pay for, Pam.

This conversation could have put a smile on my face. It didn’t. I interviewed for that opportunity to work with Pam and her husband. It did not work out. Now, I genuinely wish I could fix it for them. I can’t.

It’s a funny thing about life. In most cases, we do get what we pay for. Even in choosing a Realtor.
