New Testimonial
I’m honored and quite happy to receive this testimonial today from my client, Jani. Again, so humbled…
” I probably cannot express the words that show how much I recommend Eric McKenna as a Realtor. If you are buying or selling – do yourself a favor – Call Eric! My house was listed, showed, and sold within 3 weeks! And our closing was so smooth. Eric McKenna went out of his way to make everything as easy as he could for us. He stopped by often, talked us through everything, and he personally made our selling experience a dream. We are so thankful for his professionalism, experience, but most of all his friendship. Eric made this easy.”

Let’s List Your Home!
Friends, my viewpoint on Real Estate is – there’s no ‘off season!’ Here’s two quick reasons to list your home now: Fall & Winter buyers are MOTIVATED! And competition to sell your home is LESS in the Fall & Winter!
And regardless of what season it is, always remember – every day your home is NOT listed is a day gone by that a potential buyer did NOT get a chance to see your home!
Let’s get together and discuss marketing your home!

Happy Thanksgiving
Health, food, shelter. Family, friends, clients. I could not ask for more. So very thankful for all of you in my life. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day with those you love.

Michael Cowden
Awhile back, when my fiends Stacey & Hoby Hanna got me connected with this great guy, Michael W. Cowden, little did I know I was beginning a great new chapter of my life. Through Michael’s leadership and assistance, my career in real estate is well on it’s way and I’m having the time of my life! I’m very proud to be a Realtor with Howard Hanna and equally as proud to be working with, and learning from, such an incredible team of agents and staff at our West Suburban office. My humble ‘Thanks’ to all.

Pray for Paris
While Natalie and I were on our way to our Children’s hospital benefit, we heard of the horrible terrorist attack in Paris on the radio. My wife is a flight attendant for American Airlines and she travels to Paris often. This really hit home for us. We will continue to pray for strength and peace as well as for all of the free world to come together to solve this problem. Vive la France!
