Froggy Radio

Tomorrow marks the completion of my 4th month advertising on Froggy Radio. I’d like to thank everyone for the kind words on my ad spots as well as those, both friends and strangers, who have taken the time to let me know they heard me on the radio! Very cool and very fun! I’ve met many wonderful people and many have become my clients! Special Thanks to my Froggy team Donald Fast, Melissa Kasula, Danger, Dave Hopperfield, Erika, Rick & Lynn. Ian & Emily

These two were soooooo much fun! Honored to be their Realtor! What a cool journey to the wonderful townhome they have purchased together! Ian’s dry sense of humor – constantly kept in check by Emily! I could not be happier for them both. I also got a chance to meet both of their parents as well – just really wonderful people! Mr. Ed Miller – Thank you for your confidence in me. We got those kids all the way to ‘Home’!

Leaving USA?

You know, for as long as I can remember, around every Presidential election, celebrities and common folk alike have been threatening to move out of the USA if their Presidential candidate doesn’t win. Yet, these same people are still here in 2016 making the same ‘threats’ yet again. Come on, people! Have some conviction! I need to sell your homes!

Cleveland Bound

Thrilled to be taking Major this Sunday afternoon to Cleveland where we will watch the A’s play the Indians at Progressive Field. To make this even more special, our seats which are 4 rows off the railing next to the Oakland dugout! And to top it off – Sonny Gray is scheduled to start! Oakland A’s baseball with my son – doesn’t get much better than that for me. It’s the simple things, folks. 🙂

Closing Time!

What a busy but wonderful day! So very, very happy for my clients James & Amy as this afternoon we closed on their very first home! Talk about 2 people who were absolutely delightful to work with! I was constantly reminded of the benefits of a positive outlook as these two just bring the positivity! The Team

So proud of these guys! This is my Parkway Tigers Colt Tourney team. Today in our 16u tournament. This morning we are tied 4-4 in the bottom of tge 7th. Rain delay. We have a man on 3rd and 0 outs. Then the rain has come. Regardless how this works out, what a great group of players. Proud to have the opportunity to manage them.
