Whoa! Short Ceiling!

One of the greatest things about being a Realtor is that there is always a new experience…right around the corner!  This really great little house has some unique upper floor space which… as you can see… has one room with a rather short ceiling! I’m 6ft and.. well, the ceiling is just about 6ft!  Would make a great kids playroom! Maybe?

What A Library.

My small collection of books are very important to me.  These are books that helped me.  Have motivated me.  Have entertained me.  Have awakened me. And these very special books take up a small part of my office in my home.

In fact, the great Jim Rohn used to have saying (about 40 years ago) that went like this… “Most homes over $250,000 have a library.  I wonder why that is?” This was a great saying and a lesson in the importance of reading to advance one’s life’s experiences and income potential.

Now, I’ve also seen some impressive home libraries over the years.  And as a Realtor I’ve seen a my share of impressive libraries as well.

But feast your eyes on this particular home library.  Now this is a person with serious penchant for books!  I came across this incredible photo while looking for ideas on designing home libraries.

I’ve never seen anything like it!
