Hey Friends! Starting today and running through early August, I’ll be sponsoring the ‘Top 5 at 5’ with my good friend Danger on his afternoon show on Froggy Radio here in Western Pa. Choose Wisely
Quick tips when meeting with a Realtor to list your home:
1. Don’t let a Realtor dictate anything to you. Your home – you’re the boss.
2. Selling your home fast can be great. Leaving 10-15% of your home’s value on the bargaining table is NOT great. A fast sale only benefits you if you receive market value for your home.
3. Ask every and all questions of your Realtor. Demand great service!
