Spending time with Major today as he helps me at our busy Open House at the magnificent home that is 1825 Franklin Run in Franklin Park. Blessed to have a kid who wants to learn and possesses such a wonderful, positive attitude. He’s a joy to be around. Amazing how much ahead the curve he is in his life life at the age of 15 than I ever was at that age. I’m excited to see him succeed in whatever he chooses to do with his life.
Closing Time
What a great Friday! So very happy for my friends and clients, Bill & Jessie Hertrick! We closed on the sale of their Carnegie home a few weeks back and today – they purchased their beautiful new home, right here in Moon Township! Very honored to be their Realtor.
