Closing Time! Quite happy for my clients Scott & Emily as they closed today on their terrific home in Indiana, PA! It was wonderful working with this couple as we spent time together viewing homes out in Indiana. And they certainly chose a great one! What a great Friday! So very happy for my friends and clients, Bill & Jessie Hertrick! We closed on the sale of their Carnegie home a few weeks back and today – they purchased their beautiful new home, right here in Moon Township! Very honored to be their Realtor. The Right Mortgage
I was reminded this past week – THREE times – that there are some very poor performing mortgage reps out in the Western Pa marketplace. I’ve had clients who have been ‘duped’ into working with less than honorable mortgage reps and their company’s ‘special programs’ which have left my clients with wasted hours and no mortgage while their closing quickly approaches. Thankfully, there are many solid and reputable mortgage reps and companies. In fact, among them is Mikki Crown with Howard Hanna Mortgage who has always done exceptional work for my clients. Exceptional. What a difference working with professionals. I can’t stress enough the importance of working with a reputable mortgage rep and company.
