Hi Friends!  Show #5 is complete! Here is the video.  We have changed our show name to ‘Talking Real Estate w/Agent Eric’ sponsored by CallEric.com .  This weeks show went very well.  We talked about Offer Contingencies as well as the effects of pet ownership on the home selling process.   Great show on Beaver County Radio, 1230 WBVP in Beaver Falls, PA and 1460 WMBA in Ambridge and Hopewell, PA.  On hand was my great producer, Frank Sparks.
