Whoa! Short Ceiling!

One of the greatest things about being a Realtor is that there is always a new experience…right around the corner!  This really great little house has some unique upper floor space which… as you can see… has one room with a rather short ceiling! I’m 6ft and.. well, the ceiling is just about 6ft!  Would make a great kids playroom! Maybe?

12 Strawberry Ln – Sold.

Happy to report my MLS Listing 1056366  at 12 Strawberry Lane in Robinson Township as sold in just 8 days.  Beautiful home and I could not ask for a better client.  Two days later, we came under agreement for her new home as well!  Love it when a plan comes together!  Another home…SOLD by ERIC!

Glass Floor Bathroom?

So, I’m always on the lookout for unusual and unique home design ideas.  Linda D. over at boredpanda.com penned an article called ’33 Amazing Ideas That Will Make Your House Awesome!’

Well… As a Realtor, I’m not sure I could recommend all of these ideas to my home sellers.  Nor would I imagine most of these ideas are already ‘must haves’ in the minds of my home buyer clients.  But, I must say, some of these are quite fun and unique.

Again, I’m not sure all 33 are ‘Awesome’ ideas but I must say – they are all unique and give one ’cause for pause’.   Below are my favorites…
